POLIEFUN is the Association that connects universities and companies in the surface finishing sector.

POLIEFUN originated from the collaboration of companies in the Surface Treatment sector and the accademy, under the technical-scientific guidance of Milan's Polytechnic.

The Association operates within Milan's Polytechnic (Department of Chemistry, Materials and Chemical Engineering "Giulio Natta" and Department of Mechanics) and acts as a bridge between university and companies in the finishing sector.

Among its main objectives, POLIEFUN supports the Degree Course in Engineering of Materials and Nanotechnologies, the diffusion of the corporate culture and the possibility to join a complete program of Research and Development.

Member companies also have the opportunity to schedule a dedicated exchange (30 minutes) with the POLIEFUN's secretariat, to verify the services that the Association can provide to companies.

CISP member companies can join POLIEFUN with a 50% discount for the first year, which includes:

• right to use  POLIEFUN's logo
• networking with future technicians
• support for the definition of corporate research projects
